Build-to-Suit Opportunities at Harborside Financial Center
In addition to its existing buildings, Harborside Financial Center offers three parcels of land on which a company can develop its own state-of-the art corporate headquarters to its exact specifications. Mack-Cali Realty Corporation offers a wealth of expertise in developing and managing first-class office properties, and the financial resources to ensure a timely completion.
Since acquiring the complex, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation has developed Harborside Plazas 4A, 5, and 10, forever changing the Jersey City skyline.
Harborside Plazas 4, 6, and 7 offer a total of 6.5 acres, on which three buildings can be built, adding up to a total of approximately 3.6 million square feet* of class A space.
Approvals in place include Masterplan and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Waterfront Development; other approvals pending. Final site plan approval is in place for Harborside Plaza 4.
